Association By-Laws

The Board Retailers Association is governed by a 14 – 18 person Board of Directors and an Advisory Panel - not to exceed 15 members. Retail company representatives are elected to three-year terms by the membership of the association in its entirety.

To ensure the Board of Directors is representative of the Association’s diverse membership (and the diverse nature of the board sport retail industry), the composition consists of representatives from the continental US, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

Meetings will be held a minimum of two times a year and will alternate locations.

The Board Retailers Association is the independent voice of the industry. One Mission, One Voice!
